Individual sessions are tailored to your needs and go at your pace. During your first session we'll discuss your current challenges and goals, and collaboratively build a path forward. From there, we'll work together to achieve those goals and help you make the changes you want to see in yourself.

I am currently developing a suite of training and presentations on mental health in the fire service. This will include training for those on the floor and in the office. It will cover a variety of topics, including the effect of cumulative traumatic experiences, supporting traumatized coworkers/employees, supporting patients in crisis, and coping with trauma on the job.
These trainings are offered to municipal and federal fire departments rather than individual clients. If you are an administrator or firefighter interested in accessing these services for your department, please reach out for more information.
