50 minutes - $140

Currently offering virtual sessions only. During your first session we'll discuss your current challenges and goals, and collaboratively build a path forward that fits your needs.

Phone Consultation

15 minutes - Free

Finding a psychotherapist who is the right fit is so important, but it can be challenging. Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to learn about me, my counselling style, and to determine whether I'm the right fit for you.

Benefits and Insurance

Most benefits providers with mental health coverage will approve claims for therapy with a psychotherapist. If you have benefits, I would encourage you to check your coverage to make sure.

I accept coverage from Medavie Blue Cross, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Green Shield Canada, and Empire Life. If your benefits provider is not listed here, it's likely that direct billing is not possible, but that you can submit your receipt for reimbursement. If you have any questions about benefits and coverage, please don't hesitate to contact me.
